Assess

When assuming a new management assignment, our operations team begins with an evaluation of the asset through an internal building condition assessment report. This allows our team to strategically plan the direction we will take with respect to the real property. This step also allows us to complete a 5-year capital plan and build the annual budget.

Strategize

After assessing the condition of the asset, we determine the best steps to ensure that the asset is properly maintained to ensure peak performance of building systems. We tailor a preventative maintenance program to best suit the asset. Routine maintenance tasks that are dispatched electronically from our facility management software to ensure that nothing the asset is maintained as efficiently as possible.

Execute

The first two steps in our program allow us to deploy a comprehensive preventative maintenance program which is specific to your asset. After completing the annual operations budget, we can further offer a leasing plan and work with all brokerages to ensure that vacancies are leased and an optimized building occupancy is achieved.
