Kerrie Nault: Broker & Director, Commercial Property Management
Ms. Nault started working in property management managing a portfolio of German-owned properties in the late 70’s. She has followed this same property-managed portfolio throughout her career under several different managing entities which saw it turned over to ICM Realty Group Ltd. in 2004 and most recently, ICM Property Services Inc. in 2019. During her 35+ year property management career, Ms. Nault obtained her Alberta Real Estate Agents license, Alberta Real Estate Brokers license, Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation, and Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation. Early in her career, Ms. Nault was also a licensed insurance agent with her family-run insurance agency. Ms. Nault has also served on the BOMA Golf Committee for 20+ years.
Lacy Samson: Director, Residential Property Management
Mrs. Samson joined ICM Property Services in 2021, as the Director, Residential Property Management. During Lacy’s journeyed career, she has managed several different teams, properties, and portfolios. She started this journey in Halifax, Nova Scotia working for IMP Group International as an Administrative Assistant under their Taxation, Internal Audit, and Properties division. After moving to Edmonton, Alberta in 2012 she became a Regional Property Manager for Mainstreet Equity Corp, where she was responsible for managing 765 rental units in 30 different residential buildings. Following the momentum of her move, Lacy then joined Midwest Property Management in 2013 as a Property Manager, here she led a team of over 25 staff members and was responsible for 900 residential units, as well as 219 modular home-park in Leduc. Lacy took her career to new heights after joining Centurion Property Associates as a Senior Property Manager. Lacy is a candidate to receive the CPM (Certified Property Manager) and has received her ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) designation. Lacy is a member of the Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC).
Varsha Sharma:
Manager, Property Accounting
Ms. Sharma joined ICM Property Services in 2019, as the Manager, Property Accounting. Since 2012, Varsha has worked in the accounting space, specifically in real estate, property management and asset management. Varsha started her accounting career at ProCura Real Estate Services in 2012 then landed a position at Brookfield Properties, where she worked for six years and got promoted several times, with her last role as their Senior Property Accountant. Here, she took on a training role where she used her expertise to educate and mentor a team of accountants. Her portfolio consisted of the Bankers Court office in Alberta and then she located to Toronto where her portfolio was comprised of Brookfield Place - 22 Front Street and Brookfield Place - Bay Wellington Tower. She was also handpicked to help manage the transition of the sale of the Queens Quay building owned by Brookfield. Her current role at ICM Property Services, along with her past roles has enabled her to build her experience in analyzing and reconciling the financial statements for a group of commercial properties. Moreover, Varsha uses her fluency in English and French to professionally communicate with external joint venture partners and in the preparation of monthly reporting deliverables. Varsha is committed to ensuring integrity of the property financial statements with respect to GAAP, company policy, and contractual agreements. Lastly, Varsha is currently eligible for her CPA designation and intends on following through to have it completed along with her Real Estate Alberta Council license.
